1. Introduction

Welcome to Match. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Match platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Match.

3. Account Registration

3.1. Account Creation

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. Match cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Match platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

5. Fees and Payments

Details regarding fees for marketplace projects, private creator gigs, and payment processing are outlined in our Pricing section and may be updated from time to time. By using paid services, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the User-Generated Content (UGC) you create and upload to the platform. By uploading UGC, you grant Match a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the UGC in connection with the platform and Match's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the platform (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Match makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Match, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
